Job summary

OPSWAT is seeking a Director of Product Management for ICAP to own the product strategy and growth trajectory of ICAP. You will lead end-to-end from vision to execution, including a shift toward Proxy-focused solutions and shaping scalable architecture.

You will partner with Engineering and GTM teams to drive bookings and customer value across regions, including Vietnam. You are a seasoned product leader with security domain expertise, able to balance innovation with reliability and business

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise or security products.
• Strong understanding of proxy technologies, ICAP, networking.
• Track record partnering with Engineering to deliver complex products.
• Commercial sense with bookings, pipeline and customer conversations.
• Ability to operate in a global, distributed environment including Vietnam.
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own ICAP product vision and roadmap, including Proxy evolution.
• Translate market signals into product direction and investments.
• Partner with Engineering for fast, high-quality execution.
• Work with Sales, GTM to drive bookings, pipeline and adoption.
• Represent ICAP to customers, partners, and leadership.
• Lead a product organization with urgency, clarity and accountability.
