OPSWAT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Secure File Gateway and align with the ICAP Server. You will own strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

The role emphasizes customer-centric product decisions, market analysis, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B software, preferably cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of ICAP, proxy technologies, secure web gateways, and content inspection.
• Experience translating customer needs into differentiated product requirements.
• Proven go-to-market collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Secure File Gateway and ICAP Server.
• Improve adoption, usability, performance, and integration in security stacks.
• Lead market and competitive analysis across ICAP, proxy, secure web gateway, and inline inspection.
• Translate feedback into clear requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver secure, scalable capabilities.
• Partner with GTM teams on launches and enablement.
• Support strategic opportunities in complex deals.
• Define and track success metrics.
• Be the voice of the customer for regulated environments.
