Job summary

You will foster a positive environment, ensure adherence to individual support plans, and communicate effectively with teams and families. Responsibilities include budgeting under the Area Director, scheduling meaningful activities, maintaining documentation, conducting trainings, and ensuring accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with preferred focus in Human Service, Education, or Recreational Activities.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience with a valid Driver's License.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision and direction to designated employees.
• Ensure day service supervisors implement trainings and behavior programs as required by plans.
• Assist supervisors with monitoring policy compliance through training.
• Provide feedback through mentoring and role modeling.
• Assist with budgeting and billing documentation under the Area Director.
• Create active schedules with meaningful activities and community engagement.
