Fitch Group seeks a Director, Data Strategy Partner for Fitch Solutions in New York. You will bridge Solutions and the enterprise data function, translating business needs into data outcomes that boost efficiency, enable innovation, and strengthen Fitch’s competitive position.

You’ll partner with the Solutions Data team and CDO groups to align data access, governance, and sourcing with business priorities, driving measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of data experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate data into business impact and data sourcing strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, judgment, and influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic interface between the Chief Data Office and the Solutions organization.
• Develop a deep understanding of Solutions’ business strategy and data needs.
• Translate strategy into data execution and roadmaps across CDO programs.
• Track and communicate impact in terms of efficiency gains and risk reduction.
