Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience working with data in financial services or similarly complex environments.
• Strong business and domain acumen, with ability to translate data, analytics, and AI use cases into business value.
• Experience sourcing, onboarding, and governing internal and third‑party data sets, including licensing terms and data quality requirements.
• Ability to translate product and business requirements into fit-for-purpose data source recommendations, balancing coverage, quality, timeliness, cost, and scalability.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving execution in a matrixed enterprise.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, with ability to distill complexity for diverse audiences.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the Senior Data Partner to Fitch Solutions, bridging the CDO and Solutions organizations.
• Translate strategy into data execution and drive measurable outcomes.
• Develop understanding of Solutions’ business strategy, data dependencies, and future needs.
• Shape roadmaps across CDO teams to address Solutions’ highest-value needs efficiently and safely.
