Job summary

PGIM Real Estate, a global asset manager, seeks a Director of Data & Analytics to join the Global Business Enablement team. You will shape how Real Estate captures, scales, and applies information across the investment lifecycle, driving analytics, automation and decision-making capabilities.

In this role, you will partner with investment, portfolio, asset and operating teams to define priorities, align definitions, and ensure data quality and value realization. Hybrid work in Newark or NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in finance, real estate or data analytics.
• Significant experience leading data, analytics, information or decision-support initiatives in Commercial Real Estate or investment management.
• Strong ability to frame complex business questions and translate strategy into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with engineers, data professionals and dashboard developers without taking over technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Capture business questions and identify users, decisions and outcomes that matter.
• Build and refine an analytics roadmap prioritizing use cases, datasets and capabilities.
• Translate strategy into scalable information and analytics capabilities.
• Lead alignment on terminology, calculations, ownership and definitions across regions.
