Job summary

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology teams to deliver high-quality data products and analytics capabilities that enable AI/ML and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data acquisition, integration, governance, and analytics teams.
• Ability to define performance goals, roadmaps, and BI/data products.
• Proven ability to translate clinical/operational needs into data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead data acquisition, integration, governance, and data product management functions.
• Oversee end-to-end data pipelines, SLA management, and data quality.
• Partner with clinical, IT, vendor teams on data exchange (HL7, FHIR, EDI, APIs).
• Drive AI-first modernization and automation across data workflows.
• Build a scalable data platform strategy aligned with business goals.
