Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Data Intelligence Foundation. You will own the PM layer across multiple engineering orgs, defining storage primitives, Ontology/relationship design, data capabilities, and a scalable query plane.

You will drive organizational cadence, cross-functional alignment, and internal GTM ownership, building a scaled PM practice while partnering with engineering leadership to deliver trusted AI-enabled legal data solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management; 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations.
• Deep fluency with data platform primitives, including storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, query engines, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and build a PM team through hiring, leveling, and establishing product practice for a new domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs for the Foundational Layer.
• Define storage substrate for immutable legal data with SLAs and API surface.
• Shape Ontology, relationships, and contracts to standardize meanings.
• Develop Data Capabilities through reporting, auditing, and observability.
• Lead Knowledge/Metadata surface as a unified document layer across workspaces.
• Oversee a unified Query Plane with lexical+vector retrieval and tiered storage.
