Qualifications

• 8+ years in data management, data quality, or governance
• 3+ years leading teams
• Strong business partnership skills
• Experience with data quality practices and tooling
• Experience with data stewardship programs
• Experience in regulated financial services preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead data quality initiatives and monitor data health across platforms
• Own metadata management, glossary, classification and lineage
• Advance semantic layer for business and tech alignment
• Prepare data foundations for AI/agentic consumption
• Lead data stewardship and embed data quality in daily work
• Mature data governance policies, standards and risk processes
• Collaborate with security, compliance and risk teams
