Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Director of Product Management for Data Intelligence Foundation. You will own the PM layer across multiple engineering orgs, driving the strategy for Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane.

You’ll lead a multi-pillar PM organization and partner with internal teams to ensure adoption and impact across Relativity’s AI-enabled data platform. This role emphasizes engineering credibility, organizational cadence, and cross-functional influence,

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in product management with leadership of platform or infrastructure PM teams.
• Deep fluency with data platform primitives: storage, metadata, knowledge graphs, or query engines.
• Experience building PM capability, hiring and leveling for a new domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own PM layer across multiple engineering orgs (~# engineers) for Foundational Layer.
• Define and shape Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal GTM and cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
• Establish operating rhythm, planning cadence, and decision frameworks for multi-pillar PM org.
• Coach and scale PM org, balancing speed with clarity and alignment.
