Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data engineering, information systems, software engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in data engineering or data architecture.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to represent the Data Engineering function to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise data projects and data governance within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and oversee data engineering teams and architects.
• Stay current with data engineering trends and adopt transformative data solutions.
• Manage end-to-end data engineering projects from conception to deployment.
• Promote cross-department collaboration and data advocacy.
• Establish robust data governance, privacy, quality, and lineage policies.
