Job summary

Arizona State University (ASU) seeks a collaborative Program Director for Student Success Data Enablement under the NSE grant. You will lead university-wide efforts to identify, implement and scale data-informed practices that advance undergraduate student success.

Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost for Data Strategy, Analysis and Planning, this role coordinates with colleges and units to design data products, models, and insights that can impact enrollment, retention and completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training allowed.

Responsibilities

• Support NSE grant initiatives and accelerate priority projects to strengthen college/unit cohesion and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-institutional planning to improve undergraduate student success practices.
• Act as strategic liaison between the Office of the Provost, EdPlus, colleges/schools and service units.
• Lead working groups and infrastructure to sustain data-informed, focused efforts on student experience and retention workflows.
• Develop frameworks to assess effectiveness of student success initiatives and integrate into new programs.
