Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking a collaborative, data-informed Program Director for Student Success Data Enablement for the NSE grant. This role leads university-wide efforts to identify, implement and scale practices that advance undergraduate student success.

Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost for DSAP, you will coordinate with grant leaders, college liaisons and student success experts to design data products, models and insights that impact enrollment, retention and completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading data-informed student success initiatives is required.
• Ability to coordinate across units and colleges to scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Support NSE grant initiatives and accelerate priority projects.
• Facilitate cross-institutional planning to improve undergraduate student success.
• Act as a strategic liaison among Provost Office, DSAP, EdPlus, and colleges.
• Lead working groups to sustain data-informed student experience and retention efforts.
• Develop frameworks to assess effectiveness of student success initiatives.
