Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program controls, project controls, or project management.
• Strong expertise in preconstruction planning, cost management, scheduling, change management.
• Demonstrated experience managing cost and schedule controls across multi-project, multi-market programs.

• Develop and scale a comprehensive program controls framework.
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, and escalation protocols.
• Lead program‑level preconstruction planning and execution.
