Job summary

Oracle seeks a Director-level leader to run a high-impact, cross-functional execution team focused on unblocking power and cooling constraints that affect AI data-center capacity. You will own the operating model, priorities, and execution from issue identification to resolution.

You will lead senior data-center engineers across design, construction, commissioning, operations, supply chain, vendors, and capacity-delivery organizations, guiding critical programs to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in mission-critical facilities, data-center engineering, construction, commissioning, or operations.
• Deep understanding of critical power and cooling systems incl. generators, UPS, chillers, CRAHs/CRACs, switchgear, and controls.
• Experience delivering or recovering complex data-center infrastructure programs.
• Strong commissioning, turnover, and live-site change management.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional programs in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to communicate technical risks to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution team and set priorities based on capacity, schedule, cost, risk, and customer impact.
• Drive resolution of power and cooling blockers across live and new-build data centers.
• Establish operating cadence for intake, root-cause analysis, decision-making, escalation, and closure.
• Partner with facilities, construction, design engineering, network, compute, procurement, and vendors to recover schedules.
• Review major site risks including electrical distribution, generator/UPS capacity, and cooling capacity.
• Develop executive updates stating issue, impact, required decisions, owner, and recovery plan.
• Build repeatable playbooks, lessons learned, and metrics to prevent repeats.
• Manage and develop IC4 engineers; foster technical rigor, ownership, urgency, and safe execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority; resolve competing priorities.
