Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Lead Principal for Data Center and Power Sourcing to drive strategic infrastructure programs supporting the EVP of Infrastructure. You will influence cross-functional teams and shape execution plans that accelerate capacity, power, and site decisions.

The role requires executive presence, analytical depth, and the ability to turn ambiguous inputs into crisp recommendations and actionable plans for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant data center, infrastructure, energy, or procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of data center markets, site selection, and lease structures.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and cross-functional deals.
• Familiarity with power sourcing, utility engagement, and sustainability considerations.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to present concise narratives.
• Proven ability to support senior leaders on strategic, high-visibility priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center and power sourcing initiatives aligned with executive priorities.
• Drive programs with quick turns and clear decision-making under ambiguity.
• Develop executive-ready materials and decision memos for leadership.
• Evaluate global and regional opportunities including market dynamics and cost.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategy with demand.
• Negotiate leases, build-to-suit, wholesale, and other infra solutions.
• Build dashboards and reports to improve leadership visibility into risks.
