Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in facilities operations or mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years leading managers or vendor organizations in uptime-critical settings.
• Knowledge of cooling, HVAC, power, UPS, switchgear.
• Experience with governance, metrics, and standardized service practices across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance execution and service readiness across data center environments.
• Direct senior service managers and drive preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Standardize service procedures and governance across teams.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and uptime in 24/7 operations.
• Partner with site operations, engineering, and deployment teams.
