Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in data center infrastructure/industrial HVAC.
• Deep technical and commercial understanding of mechanical cooling systems (Chillers, CRAHs, AHUs, liquid cooling, cooling towers).
• Proven track record structuring high-value contracts and capacity reservations with global OEMs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year global sourcing strategies for mechanical cooling to ensure capacity, quality, and total cost of ownership optimization.
• Manage executive-level relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 cooling OEMs and drive supplier capacity expansion and innovation.
• Lead complex negotiations for MSAs, LTAs, and other long-lead arrangements and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Data Center Design Engineering, Operations, and Construction to align roadmaps with compute architectures.
• Map multi-tier supply chains to identify risks and mitigate single-point failures and geopolitical constraints.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform executive decisions.
