SB Energy Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategic Category Management focused on Data Center Supply Chain.

The role leads end-to-end category strategy and sourcing for thermal and mechanical cooling infrastructure, spanning chiller, cooling tower, CRAH/D-R2 cooling, and direct-to-chip liquid cooling systems. You will manage a multi-hundred-million-dollar annual spend, drive supplier development, and align engineering roadmaps with commercial terms to enable rapid, cost-optimized data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing for capital equipment categories.
• Experience developing category strategies with market intel and TCO analysis.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute multi-year category strategies for Thermal & Mechanical cooling infrastructure equipment.
• Lead competitive sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks including geopolitics and long lead times.
• Partner with engineering, construction, capacity planning, and finance to align roadmaps and contracts.
• Act as day-to-day procurement lead for equipment packages and suppliers.
