Job summary

Acunor Inc. seeks an experienced Data, Analytics & AI Transformation Leader to drive large-scale enterprise change for retail clients. Remote from the USA with 30% travel to Atlanta, GA.

You will blend strategic consulting, enterprise architecture, and global delivery leadership to deliver multi-year roadmaps and responsible AI adoption. The role requires 15+ years in Data/Analytics/AI transformation, strong executive engagement, and proven pre-sales experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud or Digital Transformation.
• Led large-scale enterprise transformation programs with global delivery teams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs, portfolios, or strategic client engagements.
• Strong Retail industry experience and understanding of retail processes.
• Expertise in Data Governance, Data Warehousing, and Data Products.
• Practical knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, AI/ML, MLOps and Responsible AI.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, consulting and business development.
• Proven pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP/RFI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud and Digital Transformation programs.
• Own program delivery, governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Lead globally distributed teams across Data Eng, Architecture, Analytics, Cloud and AI/ML.
• Define enterprise architecture and data modernization roadmaps.
• Drive GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, AI Assistants, Copilots and Responsible AI adoption.
• Identify Data & AI opportunities across retail functions (merchandising, personalization, loyalty, pricing, eCommerce, supply chain).
• Engage with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Lead pre-sales activities, discovery workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals.
• Identify account growth opportunities and strengthen strategic client relationships.
