Job summary

Elantis seeks a Director of System Integration and AI Analytics to lead enterprise AI strategy, BI, data architecture, and system integration for retail operations, merchandising, and customer experience. The role owns Snowflake and MicroStrategy environments, oversees ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and multiple ERP/integration interfaces; you will guide MLOps, governance, and AI vendor evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, BI, and analytics, including 5+ years in AI/ML leadership.

• Hands-on experience deploying production machine learning and generative AI solutions, including MLOps.
• Expert-level proficiency in MicroStrategy and hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/ELT, OLAP, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and model risk management.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Manhattan OMS/POS, and EDI integrations.
• Proven leadership in enterprise data architecture, AI initiatives, and ERP or financial systems transformation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

• Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data warehousing, OLAP, and enterprise reporting solutions.
