Job summary

American Transmission Co. (ATC) is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Director, Business Solutions & Data Analytics in Pewaukee. You will shape how technology, data, analytics and AI enable a secure and efficient electric grid.

You will lead a team responsible for business solutions, enterprise applications, ERP, development services, AI, asset data and analytics, and technology portfolio management, partnering with executives to drive meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in IT, data or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Experience translating business strategy into roadmaps and measurable value.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, STEM, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a portfolio including business solutions, enterprise applications, ERP, development services, AI and analytics.
• Oversee data strategy, BI, and portfolio governance to maximize value.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align technology and data with business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives across the organization.
