Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking an enterprise Data & AI leader to unify and scale the data/AI engineering function. You will own the delivery roadmap, drive platform consolidation across Azure, AWS, GCP, Palantir and Databricks, and partner with IT on governance, security, and enterprise standards.

The role requires deep hands-on leadership, cloud proficiency, and a track record of delivering production-grade data and AI solutions at scale across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 15+ years of data/AI leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale data/AI programs across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to build and lead distributed, multi-location teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data & AI engineering execution, standards, and governance.
• Own the technical delivery roadmap and consolidate platforms into one delivery system.
