Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co seeks a Director of Distribution & Logistics Analytics & Decision Intelligence to lead the global analytics strategy across its D&L network. You will transform operational challenges into scalable data products, insights, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled decision support to improve service, cost, and resilience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in distribution, logistics analytics, or digital product leadership.
Experience leading enterprise-scale analytics and AI initiatives.
Retail/apparel or omnichannel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the global D&L Analytics & Decision Intelligence roadmap and priorities.
Partner with global and regional D&L leaders to translate needs into data products.
Lead analytics across inbound logistics, sustainability, 3PL, DC ops, and fulfillment.
Define enterprise KPIs and governance for global consistency.
Develop scalable data products and semantic-layer capabilities.
Drive GenAI adoption and AI-enabled decision support across SC.
