Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a Cybersecurity Delivery Leader for the US to drive staffing, delivery performance, and ongoing development of cybersecurity professional services. You will guide engagements across advisory, architecture, implementation, and incident-readiness, partnering with sales, PM, and solution architects to ensure repeatable, high-quality customer outcomes.

You will build delivery capabilities, standardize methods, and optimize resources across geographies while maintaining alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology consulting, professional services, systems integration, or related delivery roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical consulting or professional services resources.
• Broad knowledge across governance, risk and compliance; security assessments; data protection; IAM; zero trust; and security architectures.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity risk into business impact and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001 and other client-regulatory requirements.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery execution across the cybersecurity professional services portfolio, including advisory and governance services, AI security, data protection, security operations, and more.
• Ensures engagements align with Statements of Work, delivery methodologies, and customer expectations.
• Leads complex engagements and serves as escalation point for delivery, customer, resource, scope, schedule, or quality concerns.
• Establishes consistent delivery practices, standards, templates, and quality checkpoints.
• Ensures smooth transition from sales to delivery, including scope validation and kickoff preparation.
• Monitors engagement health with project management and communicates risks and dependencies.
• Delivers clear, actionable findings and technically sound recommendations.
• Builds cybersecurity delivery capabilities through hiring, enablement, certification planning, and mentoring.
• Owns workforce planning, resource assignment, and development roadmaps with leadership.
• Provides governance for subcontractor and partner delivery and supports forecasting and cost management.
