Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology consulting, professional services, or related delivery roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical consulting or professional services resources.
• Broad knowledge across governance, risk and compliance; security assessments; data protection; identity and access management; zero trust; vulnerability/exposure management; SIEM, XDR, EDR, and firewalls.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, PMP, or comparable credentials.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery execution across the cybersecurity professional services portfolio, including advisory and governance, AI security, data protection, and identity services.
• Ensures engagements align with approved SOWs, methodologies, and client expectations.
• Provides leadership for complex or high-risk engagements and serves as escalation point for delivery concerns.
• Establishes standard delivery practices, templates, quality checkpoints, and lessons learned.
• Oversees transition from sales to delivery, including scope validation and kickoff readiness.
• Partners with project management to monitor health, milestones, risks, and customer communications.
