Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, technology consulting, professional services, systems integration, or related delivery roles.
• 3+ years leading technical consulting or professional services resources.
• Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains: governance, risk and compliance; security assessments; data protection; identity and access management; zero trust; vulnerability and exposure management; SIEM, XDR, EDR, and firewalls; incident readiness and response; and security architecture.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and other regulatory/industry requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, PMP, or comparable credentials.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery execution across the cybersecurity professional services portfolio including advisory and governance, AI security and governance, data protection, exposure management, security operations, cyber resilience, and identity/zero trust services.
• Establishes consistent delivery practices, standards, templates, quality checkpoints, and lessons-learned processes.
• Oversees transition from sales to delivery including scope validation, resource readiness, and customer kickoff prep.
• Monitors engagement health, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and client communications.
• Builds and matures delivery capabilities through hiring, enablement, certification planning, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Owns staffing, utilization, and performance management of delivery talent.
