Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Cybersecurity Director based in Richardson, TX to lead data protection, security architecture, and third-party risk management. You will own the operating model for protecting sensitive data across on-prem, cloud, and endpoints and manage a team of security architects with governance over security standards.

You will also oversee vendor security requirements, due diligence, and incident response coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in information security, including leadership over at least two of: data protection/DLP, security architecture, third-party risk, incident response.
• Experience building governance-driven security programs balancing control enforcement with operational adoption.

Mansioni

• Lead the enterprise data protection strategy and operating model across on-prem, cloud, and endpoint environments.
• Direct a team of security architects to define standards and review major technology changes.
• Oversee end-to-end third-party cyber risk management, due diligence, remediation tracking, and risk acceptance.
• Oversee and coordinate third-party incident response with internal teams and vendors, including playbooks and post-incident actions.
