This Director of Cyber Security Engineering role will be focused on SIEM Platform, Cyber data analytics, and automation. The individual will be responsible for leading the design & development of data-driven security solutions to protect Ally's assets, data, brand, and consumers in a cloud-first, consumer-friendly operating model.

This role will require a skilled professional with strong technical expertise in data engineering, analytics, and automation to partner with IT Architecture, IT Engineering, IT Operations, DevOps, and business leaders. Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring that cyber security data and reporting is available to make data-driven decisions.
2. Securing and monitoring Ally's people, technologies, and processes to meet cyber security regulations.
3. Overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced security operations.
4. Working closely with security teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.
5. Leading a team of skilled engineers and collaborating with other departments to ensure our security operations are proactive, efficient, and resilient against emerging threats.
