Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager for the Cyber Strategy and Reporting team to drive strategic data analysis, report to the Board and senior leadership, and articulate enterprise cyber risk. You will partner with Cyber practitioners to translate data into compelling narratives for executives and regulators.

You will oversee analysis, communicate across the enterprise, and contribute to strategy in a dynamic, risk-aware environment that supports Capital One’s goals and governance framework.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Project or Program Management, Consulting or Strategy.
• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics or reporting.
• At least 4 years of experience in information technology or cybersecurity.
• At least 2 years experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and administration of strategic data analysis within the Cyber Strategy and Reporting team.
• Meet with senior leaders to understand challenges and explore strategic solutions using data.
• Collaborate with enterprise SMEs to drive and execute strategic options and reporting.
