This role shapes strategy for AI-enabled security operations, manages budgets, vendors, and performance metrics, and partners with Crisis Management and Business Continuity. US citizenship is required and the position offers broad impact across global security services.

• Leads 24x7 global SOC and incident response programs.
• Owns the MxDR operating model and vendor management.
• Defines AI strategy for security operations with governance.
• Directs detection engineering across SIEM, SOAR, EDR and automation.
• Implements incident response processes and risk mitigation approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global SOC operations 24x7 with internal staff and MSPs.
• Own MxDR operating model, vendor selection and SLAs.
• Direct detection engineering across SIEM, SOAR and EDR.
• Incorporate AI into security operations with governance and oversight.
• Lead threat intelligence and proactive threat hunting.
• Provide leadership for incident response investigations and brief senior leaders.
