StandardAero in Dallas, TX, is seeking an IT Security Analyst to protect enterprise technology and operations. You will support governance, risk management, and security programs across global IT environments.

The role emphasizes threat detection, incident response, and implementing cybersecurity controls. A strong background in security operations and audits is preferred, with onsite work in multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years IT experience including hands-on security operations, threat detection, or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in network and application security, MITRE ATT&CK tactics, and incident response frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and security assessments across enterprise systems, including vulnerability analysis, threat detection, and risk mitigation.
• Support internal and external security audits with remediation activities and compliance documentation.
• Investigate, analyze, and document security incidents with root-cause analysis and incident response coordination.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts across endpoints, networks, applications, and global IT environments.
• Design, implement, administer, and maintain cybersecurity technologies (Endpoint Protection, IDS/IPS, SIEM, MFA, DLP, Email/Web Security, NAC).
• Proactively hunt threats by correlating activity across systems and logs to identify anomalous behavior.
• Collaborate with IT Operations to remediate vulnerabilities and strengthen security controls.
• Research emerging cybersecurity technologies and trends; propose policy and tool improvements.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, reports, and governance standards.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong analytical and communication skills, independently or collaboratively.
