• Strong understanding of CX, AI in contact centers, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery across the CX AI portfolio including CCaaS, conversational AI, agent assist, and CX intelligence.
• Directly manage product, engineering and delivery leaders across a multi-site global team.
• Ensure measurable outcomes, risk mitigation, and iterative delivery in client programs.
• Collaborate with CCaaS and AI platforms (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Zendesk, Google) and partners.
• Guide pre-sales with scoping, estimation, and delivery handoffs.
