    5. Provide training, coaching, and development to ensure team members are set up for success.
    6. Set performance goals, track key metrics, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  2. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
    1. Assess, refine, and scale Customer Success workflows and engagement models.
    2. Implement scalable frameworks for onboarding, renewals, and customer health management.
    3. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer retention strategies and enhance satisfaction.
    4. Oversee customer support operations, including handling escalations and maintaining a knowledge repository.
    5. Drive product adoption and engagement through customer training, onboarding programs, and communication strategies.
    6. Develop and implement customer feedback loops to continuously refine engagement strategies.
What You Bring to the Role:
  1. 5-7+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, preferably in Education, EdTech, or SaaS.
  2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer engagement and retention.
  3. Expertise in customer success operations, process optimization, and technology implementation.
  4. Strong leadership and change management experience, including leading distributed teams.
  5. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with senior executives.
  6. Ability to design and execute customer engagement and enablement strategies to drive long-term success.
  7. Skilled in integrating customer feedback into retention strategies that align with both business goals and user needs.
  8. Experience leveraging customer success technologies (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools) to optimize engagement.
  9. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to measuring success.
  10. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and execution excellence.
