Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technical, Public Affairs/Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant customer account management, technical, or regulatory experience.
• Strong executive communication with regulators and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise strategy for customer programs and DERs.
• Lead regulatory filings, business cases, testimony support, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent FirstEnergy before public utility commissions and regulators.
• Oversee a multi-state portfolio of customer programs and measure performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple departments to implement programs.
