Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience with utility regulations and public policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct state customer account operations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise between customers, regional leadership and corporate teams on service concerns.
• Represent the company at forums, events and regional meetings to gather insights.
• Manage billing, rate issues, and performance metrics with a focus on process improvement.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer service and retention across segments.
• Lead crisis communications for service disruptions and regulatory issues.
