Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. seeks a Director of Customer Marketing & Engagement to lead enterprise strategy across Sally Beauty and Beauty Systems Group.

The role shapes lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and CRM capabilities with cross-functional partners to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The position is hybrid, onsite three days per week at our Legacy West facility in Plano, TX, with senior leadership responsibilities and a focus on data-driven decision making,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years in CRM, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years leading senior managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, consumer products, or multi-brand environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise customer marketing strategy across Sally Beauty and Beauty Systems Group, aligning with enterprise growth objectives.
• Establish and execute multi-year roadmaps for lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and owned-channel engagement.
• Lead and develop senior customer marketing leaders across business units with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Create governance structures and operating models for planning, prioritization, and measurement across teams.
• Partner with Loyalty, Personalization, Analytics, Technology, Digital, eCommerce, Merchandising, Brand, and Customer Experience leaders to connect strategies.
