Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale SoC design programs.
• Deep RTL design and GDSII flow expertise.
• Experience with pre-silicon validation and post-silicon bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hardware and software interaction to identify bottlenecks in AI/ML workloads.
• Drive future HBM architecture, design, and technology to address bottlenecks.
• Translate specifications into RTL implementations across multiple teams.
• Own RTL design deliverables from development to silicon bring-up.
• Balance performance, power, area, schedule, and risk for optimal outcomes.
• Identify execution risks and implement mitigation strategies.
