Job summary

Signant Health is seeking a Director, CRO Alliance to shape and execute our CRO partnership strategy. You will cultivate C-level relationships, drive revenue-aligned partnerships, and coordinate across teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance service delivery.

The role requires strong executive communication, deep CRO industry knowledge, and a strategic mindset to identify and scale collaborative opportunities that create mutual value for clients and Signant Health.

About the Role

The Director, CRO Alliance is responsible for managing, implementing and delivering CRO partnership strategy and vision, utilizing their strong relationships within the CRO industry to enable successful collaborations and meet annual partnership objectives. They will closely collaborate with CRO executives and senior leaders to grow and maintain strategic partnerships that drive mutual value and enhance service delivery capabilities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision‑makers within global CRO organizations, focusing on top-tier CROs and regional leaders.
• Lead partnership strategy across assigned CRO portfolio to meet or exceed partnership revenue targets, focusing on collaborative growth, service integration, and joint business development opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CRO partner pipeline, taking a methodical approach to partnership activities, including long‑term strategic planning, revenue sharing models, and implementation of joint solutions.
• Effectively develop, communicate and implement partnership solutions aligned with CRO service offerings and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration of technologies and services.
• Leverage existing relationships and build new connections within CRO organizations to identify and execute collaborative solutions and drive strategic partnership expansion.
• Successfully collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with CRO partner initiatives, facilitate joint implementations, and support complex partnership opportunities.
• Represents Signant Health at major CRO and industry events, participating in partnership‑focused commercial activities to build brand awareness, maintain executive‑level relationships, and identify strategic opportunities.

• Proven success in CRO partnership management or strategic alliance development, with experience developing and managing relationships with global CRO organizations.
