You'll set the roadmap for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and connected apps, guiding why features get built and how they’re delivered. You’ll lead a four-person team and work with the CRM Systems group to keep data clean.

This remote role reports to the VP, Enterprise Systems and Technology and offers a collaborative culture, strong growth, and opportunities to apply AI across the CRM platform.
