Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience with CRM focus.
Strong leadership and team-building track record.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
Fluent in APIs, data models, integrations, and privacy.

Responsibilities

Define strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for CRM/communications across channels.
Lead data, journey orchestration, personalization, and analytics capabilities.
Partner with Eng/Data to improve audience activation, consent, data quality.
Establish scalable product discovery and delivery practices.
Evaluate build/buy decisions across Salesforce or similar platforms.
