Job summary

Bridgeway seeks a senior clinical leader to design and launch a new walk-in crisis facility in Galesburg, IL, from licensure through staffing and operations. You will oversee Mobile Crisis/SASS, Systems of Care, and Prevention programs and ensure regulatory compliance within the CCBHC framework.

Ideal candidates hold an Illinois clinical license and 3–5 years of progressive management experience in behavioral health, with driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active, independent Illinois license: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP.
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience in behavioral health.
• Working knowledge of CCBHC certification standards, CARF accreditation, Illinois DHS Rule 132, and grant-funded program administration preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Bridgeway's walk-in crisis facility in Galesburg—from site build-out and licensure through staffing and launch.
• Establish and scale an Access to Care/Care Navigation team for immediate, on-site and continuum care.
• Provide clinical oversight as the Licensed Independent Professional for 24-hour mobile crisis availability.
• Direct Mobile Crisis/SASS, Systems of Care, and Prevention programs and their program directors.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois DCFS and IDHS requirements and integrate Engagement Specialists.
• Manage grant compliance across multiple crisis grants and initiatives; oversee reporting.
• Direct Bridgeway's regional MHFA training program.
• Report program progress and expansion opportunities to the VP of Behavioral Health.
