Heritage Behavioral Health Center in Decatur, IL is seeking a Clinical Director of Crisis Services. This role leads crisis programs, coaches managers, and advances a full continuum of community-based crisis response for youth, adults, and families.

You will oversee four to five program managers and roughly 60 staff, collaborating with the Senior Clinical Director to turn strategy into daily operations. A mission-driven, collaborative team awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Clinical leadership experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities at once.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to program managers across crisis programs.
• Lead individual and group supervision using reflective practice, case consultation and performance data.
• Be present in the programs, coach in real time, and model expected practices.
• Partner with managers on staff development, training, recruitment, and retention.
• Build and refine systems for clinical case reviews, documentation standards, data tracking, and new program launches.
• Monitor performance against standards and lead improvement plans when needed.
