Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the underwriting strategy for consumer small business credit card products.
• Design, implement, and maintain credit policies, decisioning rules, and risk thresholds.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, charge-offs, and early warning indicators.
