Job summary

Disney is seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial Director, DTC Creator Partnerships to build and scale Disney's global Creator Studio, a strategic capability to accelerate audience growth and direct-to-consumer value through creator-led content.

Reporting to the VP, Creator Partnerships, this leader will define the Creator Studio strategy, operating model, and global creator ecosystem, partnering across Marketing, Product, Programming, Analytics, Legal, and International teams to develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership in creator partnerships, digital media, streaming, entertainment, or consumer tech.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience building and scaling creator, content, or digital media orgs.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy, platforms, audience behavior, and trends.
• Experience negotiating partnerships and licensing agreements.
• Experience defining audience growth strategies using data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Disney's global Creator Studio, defining strategy, operating model, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across partnerships, production, creative strategy, and operations.
• Establish scalable workflows, governance, and resource planning for global growth.
• Develop and execute creator partnership strategy with creators, agencies, and partners.
• Identify and launch creator-led franchises, content partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Own performance metrics across audience growth, engagement, and business impact.
