Job summary

Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution is seeking an innovative Director, DTC Creator Partnerships to build and scale Disney’s global Creator Studio.

Reporting to the VP, Creator Partnerships, this leader will define the strategy, operating model, and global creator ecosystem, partnering across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, and International teams to develop scalable creator programs and audience growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership in creator partnerships, digital media, streaming or consumer technology.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Experience building scalable creator programs or operating models.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and platforms.
• Proven ability to negotiate partnerships and manage talent relationships.
• Experience turning insights into growth strategies.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Disney’s global Creator Studio including strategy and operating model.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across creator partnerships, production, and operations.
• Establish scalable workflows, governance, and performance standards for global growth.
• Develop and execute creator partnership strategy with creators, agencies, and partners.
• Lead creator-led franchises, partnerships, and audience growth initiatives.
• Negotiate complex partnerships and licensing agreements.
• Define audience growth strategies using analytics and consumer insights.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and International teams to drive execution.
