Position Summary: The Director, Site Brand Design, will support the Walmart Creative Studio in concept through execution for site merchandising, marketing, and brand campaigns that translate across multiple channels including site, email, paid social, and display ads. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver, conceptual thinker, and able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and exhibit outstanding design judgment.
In this role, the Creative Director will oversee Associate Creative Directors, Senior Design Leads, Senior Designers, and Designers—validating and directing their day-to-day work while working alongside the Senior Director, Brand Design to create connections between big picture strategy and daily execution. The Creative Director will evaluate work across all business segments in Walmart’s digital ecosystem and improve team efficiency through new collaboration tools and refining creative processes.
