We are looking for a Sr. Social Media Creative Manager for a top media company! This remote role will oversee the organic & paid creative social strategy for marketing assets used to promote a variety of events across the company. Working with both internal creatives & external agencies, this role will develop & communicate clear creative plans shared across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will blend an eye for engaging social creative with a sharp analytical mind adept at interpreting and communicating analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Brand Marketing team to align on Paid Media strategy on a given event and subsequently develop creative strategy for Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok & Snapchat
  • Stay on top of the latest social trends and best practices in paid social media advertising to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective
  • Provide cohesive feedback to both internal & external designers
  • Work with external agency to produce best-in-class creative for social media dark posts
  • Coordinate with Organic Social Media Managers to ideate and identify posts that can be boosted for marketing purposes
  • Consolidate feedback with internal stakeholders on creative content and relay that feedback to internal partners & external agencies.
  • Work closely with analytics to interpret data and refine strategies based on insights and trends
  • Collaborate with other departments across the Company such as PR, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing effort

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience leading a team of creatives & managing agency relationships
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Experience overseeing paid social creative
  • Sports background
  • Strong background in social optimization and experience working with agency partners
  • Entertainment/media background
