Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Director, CPE Enablement Architecture to lead a team of principal architects and engineers across DOCSIS, PON, and WiFi CPE. The role focuses on delivering new product introductions and reliability improvements while guiding strategy and budget across the organization.

You will serve as a senior leader, coordinating across product, software, and delivery teams, ensuring on-time handoffs and measurable progress in a complex, 24x7 network environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of management experience
• 12+ years of engineering or network operations experience
• 5+ years of project management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10+ Principal Architects and Engineers (levels I-III).
• Own the New Product Introduction pipeline end to end across DOCSIS, PON, and WiFi CPE.
• Maintain real-time awareness of active NPIs and reliability workstreams, delivering on schedule.
• Serve as the accountable partner between CPE Enablement and executive leadership and delivery teams.
• Advise executive leadership on CPE technology direction, product strategy, and reliability investment.
• Direct quality standards for design documentation and handoff to ensure ready-to-execute outputs.
