Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.
• 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery for clients.
• Exceptional business development acumen and ambition to drive business growth.
• Major construction sector experience with high caliber clients in CRE, data centers, life sciences, etc.
• Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Cost Management team delivering services for large-scale construction projects.
• Oversee client communications and cost management team services.
• Lead market research and publish insights on construction market conditions.
• Develop strategic and operational plans for Cost Management Services.
• Grow the team, mentor staff, and promote a culture of learning and inclusivity.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with ISO standards; participate in audits.
• Manage proposals, RFP responses, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and manage financial performance of commissions.
